These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at https://cinebaz.com operated by Cinebaz Limited.

Your agreement with us includes these Return and Refund Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound to them.

Refunds

We issue refunds for Orders within 7 days of the original purchase. The refund is only applicable for individual content purchases. The subscription plans aren’t eligible for refunds.

• For Individual content purchases (add-to-cart) if you do not access or view the content within 3 (three) days of purchase, you can claim a refund. The refund will be issued within 7 days of your claim. Or you can also request a time extension to view the content if you could not complete watching it.

Auto Renewable

Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once activated. Manage your subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase.

Content found on or through this Service are the property of Cinebaz Limited or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advanced written permission from Cinebaz Limited.
